Bees sharing a drink at the Hanging Garden bar in Hobart. We are the second driest city in Au and the bees are really feeling it during this extra dry Autumn. Photo DS with thanks.

We are completing our 100th Lazutin hive. No landing board as bees have short front legs and are used to landing into tree entrance. #naturalbeekeepingtasmania #40beessouth #naturalbeekeeping

In true Facebook style, my NaturalBeekeepingTasmania Account, Kingston Bees and Ronnie Voigt accounts have been shut down by Meta with no details of why and an impossible appeals process. Only automated responses leading to dead ends. 10 years of work gone, thousands of followers gone. Shame on Meta

Our Autumn is extremely dry but the bees need water. I give them some in the shade as well as direct sun so they can choose them temperature that suits them.
