There have been criticisms of FON methodology but, as a researcher I've always had an issue with the validity of other opinion polling methods (esp YouGov), actual election results confirm this.

So the Greens gaining on the fash & leaving Lab in the dust is accurate.

To stop Farage vote Green ✅

Starmerism enabling fascism is also happening in France where the equivalent party to Starmer's Labour, the conservative Les Republicains, Gaullist party is easing the path to an fascist government. Appeasing fascists never works.

Labour are just Reform-lite now.

The EHRC’s definition of “woman” in its “interim guidance” is *gender* not “biological sex”.

It wants single-sex spaces policed by gender (ie appearance) not biology (chromosomes etc).

So it uses *gender* not the “commonsense” definition of “biological sex” the Supreme Court misjudgment mandated.

A few days ago Starmer & Mahmoud were trying to justify their fascistic refugee policy with reference to Denmark's Social Democratic Party.

Yesterday the Danish SD Party did SO BADLY in the Copenhagen local elections that it lost control of the capital for the 1st time since 1903.

People fleeing climate change are as legitimate refugees as those fleeing war & persecution.

The rich countries are mostly responsible for climate change, so we have a responsibility to take climate refugees.

Their homes will never to be safe to return to.

I’m still pleasantly surprised that smarmy, transphobic, rightwing bully Gavin #Newsom is so unpopular he doesn’t even get onto this chart.

He’s even more unpopular than Schumer.

IMO The Dem nomination is going to be between Buttigeig and @aoc.bsky.social

Reposted from @zackpolanski.bsky.social on FB.

Also worth remembering that the 2008 baby-boom will be able to vote for the first time next year and in 2027.

We need a good GOTV for the local elections in the spring.

Conspicuous by his absence, presumably even less popular than Chuck Schumer, is Gavin Newsom…

#NeverNewsom is increasingly sounding better.

Farage is a nasty antisemite.

Colour me shocked.

See the Guardian CAN do investigative journalism, it just chooses to take all the output of 'gender-critical' transphobes and contrived authority actions like Cass at face value.

Maurice Glasman reckons this fascist friend of Epstein is the “greatest politician”.

This demonstrates how low Labour has fallen. Not “Blue Labour” but Brownshirt Labour.

If this is true, I have questions…

For starters, what is it that all fascists seem to have in common…?
November 17, 2025 at 8:34 PM
Starmer’s Labour gets the thumbs up from yet another fascist.

First Tommy Robinson, now Danny Kruger.

This is interesting and evidence worth keeping. The Guardian CAN publish separate articles with opposing points of view.

It just chooses not to do so when one of those articles in transphobic.

...ticket. If you need to leave, say Darfur, quickly, even if you have money you are unlikely to be able to get a plane here directly.

- Again, there are no "illegal" routes to seeking asylum; this misleading statement implies there are

She is, like all transphobes, as used to lying as breathing.
November 17, 2025 at 2:25 PM
- She claims she is "bearing down" (ie punching down) on "illegal migration" yet her proposals are only affecting refugees.

- It is not, & has never been "illegal" to seek asylum anywhere.

- by limiting "legal routes" she is blocking refugees who can't afford a long-distance plane...

Pure dishonesty and disinformation by Mahmoud;

- People fleeing poverty are just as much refugees. A "volatile world" produces such people.

- Refugees do not have to seek sanctuary in the first country they come to.

- Her proposals are targeting *refugees* not migrants.

This illustrates the problem with Labour becoming Reform-Lite.

EVEN IF it just wanted to impose *policies* to counter Reform as they have argued, to get them through they still have to deploy dehumanising & hateful rhetoric that stirs up hatred, just as if Farage (or Enoch Powell) were speaking.
November 17, 2025 at 1:25 PM
Starmer even had the dishonesty to quote Harold Wilson and pretend his craven and deeply immoral government of fascist appeasers is “moral”. He has never talked about any of his policies in moral terms since becoming PM.
November 17, 2025 at 10:26 AM
This vividly demonstrates the problem with rightwing “centrist” regimes.

“Moralising” is “tedious” to them. Their policy decisions are never taken on principled or moral grounds, morality is non-existent in the Starmer regime & its apologists.

No wonder @zackpolanski.bsky.social is doing so well!

Some good news from the Daily Mail; a progressive alliance of voters voting tactically can prevent Rothermere’s favourite fascist from getting in.

What we will need however, is accurate constituency-level polling data to make this happen.
