After running very strong, Andretti hit a piece of foam from the SAFER barrier after Kenny Brack's crash and back-flipped 4 times before landing safely and walking away

Outside of the Indy 500, only six IndyCar races since then have surpassed the 2013 Pocono 400's large viewership (1.3 million)

Among the drivers was Frank Mundy, who rented a car from a local car rental firm, finished 11th, and returned the car at night so no one would notice the worn tires
