The performing arts will continue to thrive, no matter what happens to (or at) the Kennedy Center. A venue is sabotaging itself and, simultaneously, giving artists and their supporters an opportunity to galvanize around shared values. So, good news… in a way.

I wish more defendants would do this. The thinking that delay benefits the defense is so axiomatic that it often overlooks the bumbling incompetence of the prosecution – in this case, the federal government. And Bondi’s DOJ is an absolute hot mess.

At what point can a countersuit be filed for harassment or frivolous prosecution or abuse of power or whatever? I mean, can the DOJ just ceaselessly attack a U. S. citizen at their discretion?
