While blind hatred won't win them over, they do need to have their beliefs challenged. But all that takes time and patience and man hours. A far better strategy is to engage the majority of people who choose not to vote. Who believe politicians have abandoned them. Appeal to their material needs.

Have YOU talked to Trump supporters? Cause I have. They ARE in a cult. There support isn't based on reason. They didn't weigh facts to decide to support him. Deprogramming them doesn't involve agreeing with them. That will just make them more comfortable in their blind loyalty.

That's why I try to carry at least two classes of weapons in games with item durability:

-Special Occasions
Optional:
-Beaters/Field Made
-Good, but almost broken
-Saved For Sentimental Value
-Too cool/pretty to use
-Daily Use
-Special Occasions
Optional:
-Beaters/Field Made
-Good, but almost broken

I'd take a position between Traditional and Expansive: All the dwarf planets are planets but it would be cumbersome to remember them all, so we include Pluto as a representative in a nine planet model.
