The oath the enlisted person takes never mentions the constitution, just the officer's oath. Go back and read what she said. She is pulling a fast one with what she is saying, but that is why she is wording it the way she is.

Looking through that material it mentions the support of Sen Taft and Metzenbaum (both OH), and separately looking up the co-sponsors Regula is the first one (OH's Vanik is second). Regula has long been given a big spotlight in the founding.
