I loved my old ID badge! It was from my early 30’s and I had been having an exceptionally good hair day!! 😅 But it was so worn out, the picture wasn’t visible anymore.

Just spent my days off this week doing this for my 2 hospital systems. It was painful, BUT in addition to reinstating my Authenticator apps, I also ended up finally getting around to adding the Epic app to my phone (much easier to check our patient census!) and got an updated ID badge after ~15 yrs!

regularly showed her LOVE for friends and family by doing both spontaneous and intentional acts of KINDNESS. She LOVED her life and the people in it and truly lived her life to the fullest. She will continue to inspire me to try to take after her in all of these wonderful ways. (5/5)

The funeral service included Galatians 5:22-23: “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!” (3/5)

As it seems to go with funerals, this weekend’s services brought together family who hasn’t all been together in a really long time. Bittersweet for sure, but I know my mom would definitely approve of the party that we held in her honor. (2/5)
