Question of the day - is it more or less annoying when someone is watching videos in a waiting room without headphones if it’s in another language? Trying to decide if I would be less annoyed if I understood his dumb videos or if another language makes it more like white noise …

Unsolicited parenting advice - don’t fight with your children about what’s “breakfast food.” How is a soft pretzel different from toast? Why not eat chicken nuggets in the morning? Also you get to be the cool mom who gave them pizza for breakfast.

Sometimes I wonder if my 10 year old self would recognize me, but yesterday I took my son to 3 different libraries with a $200+ Target trip in between, and I’m sure she would be so proud.

Why, in the year of our lord 2023, are flight attendants wearing heels and tight dresses? Their primary job is safety - I want them in track suits and sneakers, ready to sprint. Even if you think they’re waitresses (they’re not) waitresses on land get to wear pants!

My 8 yo just learned that books are often better than movies. Hubs told him he can watch Lord of the Rings in a few years and he said, “what’s that about, wrestling?” 😂
