At about the half way point, I realised I should have tried this out first before signing up for the competition… but by the end of my first full run through of #hyrox I actually felt quite excited about it! This is going to be tough though!

I sometimes wonder what my 14 year old is up to in the park…my heart was warmed that he is still playing 😊

After 25 years of the fantastic Newhampton Arts Centre, what a privilege it was to present at the launch of the centre’s rebrand as Wolverhampton Arts Centre, and launch this critically important capital redevelopment project @newhamptonarts.bsky.social

Here we go again… the 8 flimsy wands that prevent motor vehicles breaching the traffic filter by crossing the pavement have been removed again.
Just a matter of time before this happens (photos from last time)…

I bet it’s not compliant with adopted BCC parking policy…

So, if you’re operating potentially lethal machinery in poor light and conditions, especially where there are lots of people with only their clothes for protection, SLOW DOWN, check your lights work, take extra care and recognise your responsibilities.
