The first one in particular is baffling to me as to how it managed to be such a hit with audiences considering it's very blatantly a series of disparate scenes that will play well out of context on TikTok that have been awkwardly stitched together into something resembling a movie.

and B) the Venom movies were never actually very good, not even ironically, and were only ever elevated as much as they were out of mindless MCU backlash driven contrarianism.

I dearly hope that the third Venom movie going down like a wet fart in an elevator helps the rest of the internet catch up with me in understanding that A) the Venom movies were only ever marginally better than Sony's other Spider-Man-less Sony-Verse films at the very best...

It's the faux-maxim, "Scratch a liberal and a fascist bleeds" that they love to throw around any time a democrat disappoints them (basically 24/7 by their standards). In their minds a liberal is either already a fascist, or waiting for an excuse to be a fascist.

Yes, voting for Democrats isn't "cool," and being a good party soldier and shutting up and saying nothing but good things for the candidate in the election feels dishonest (it often is!), but that's how you get the power to have a Dem party that can fight for you.
