When they last considered shipping people to Rwanda the cost per person was quite a bit into the six figures. Really doesn't seem like a good use of the money.

Gute Fachbücher sind schließlich auch eine Kunst, man bleibt ja selten uber hunderte Seiten dabei ohne dass man sich intellektuell unterhalten fühlt. Zumindest ich nicht.

He's dead. That makes it a lot easier for many people. Everyone has different boundaries on the issue. For me the person being dead matters a lot because they can't use the money anymore and personally I don't feel much discomfort with the work itself.
