A lot of the “this one is cheaper” replies are missing the point and it irks me very much.
Something that always throws me off re: „you need to run your own blog/newsletter“ is the cost. Like Ghost is what people often bring up with me, but even if I were to import my old Substack list (don’t use it anymore) at 5k people? It’s 80 a month. I earn no money with this, I don’t have that.

Is there a bottleneck in the training of entry-mid level devs? Especially with so many mass layoffs happening, you would think there would be no shortage of senior/experienced applicants.
Why are there always so many job listings for senior game dev jobs and yet everybody is still stuck in entry level?
