My aha moment on Day1- that deep exhale when I finally saw microvascular dysfunction acknowledged in the conversations and presentations. It's validation, Its progress, and it signals that we are finally starting to connect the dots.

This is consistent with Long COVID Pathophysiology- immune & vascular dysregulation

While politicians and organizations like @cmadocs.bsky.social may influence decisions, but it's the patients and families who shape health care- Centering their experiences ensures policies meet real needs. The last @cmadocs.bsky.social Townhall showed the Health Minister is not prioritizing this.
