Methinks Elon may have jumped the shark with his batcrap crazy email to fed employees, demanding they give him “five bullets” about their work by tomorrow or he’ll fire them. CNN has been all over this all day today. Musk is delirious with power right now & I’m guessing he’s gonna self destruct soon

DOGE strikes again. They fired VA employees who worked the VA suicide hotline. Many of these employees are vets themselves. They were literally saving veterans’ lives. My union, AFGE, sent this response to the Trump administration “Fork in the Road” resignation pitch emails forwarded to federal workers, including VA employees, many of whom are veterans. VA is already short-staffed. Adequate funding & staffing needed to fulfill promise to “Leave No Veteran Behind.”

Proud to be an active member of this Union. AFGE is pushing back against a flurry of anti-worker Executive Orders issued by Prez Trump. One example: He’s brought back Schedule F, which attempts to eliminate employees’ due process rights so they can be fired for political reasons. To the barricades!

I hope we can all think of some blessings, big or small, that we can be thankful for, even in tough times. I’m thankful for my family, friends & my generally good health. I’m also thankful for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade! Excuse me, I’ve gotta tune in to the parade now. 🦃🤠
