Yes, it is a direct violation of the Hatch Act. HA's primary goal is to ensure that federal programs are administered in a nonpartisan manner and to protect employees from political coercion in the workplace. This concern needs to be reported WIDELY to the Office of Special Counsel (OSC).

The next 4 years will be horrific for immigrants.
