Correct. Wells Fargo sent me an email and also on my account email page regarding this.
They notified you, on the website. They just made it super hard to see and find on purpose. They did the same thing to me.
I've been calling it the poor tax. I'd just use my mattress as a bank, but then I lose 20% cashing it at a drug store so 10 dollars being stolen from me is cheaper than that.
