Authorities identified suspect as Claudio Manuel Neves-Valente, 48 (sp.), a fmr Brown U student and Portuguese national who's a legal permanent resident of the U.S. and lives in Miami. Police are still investigating a possible connection to murder of MIT professor Nuno Loureiro, also from Portugal.
