It is a medical record privacy thing I expect. I think the real problem is government overreach. I think it has already happened in many respects except financial record access which requires the courts. Should we have a fair tax system big brother is asking?

There is a reason for this. Trump wants to dismantle the US government. Clearly his intention. He wants the shutdown. Cheapest path to chaos.

Cyber crime takes many forms. It is up to us to defend ourselves from bad actors. We must develop technologies that make this kind of attack impossible or AI will find a way to break our security. It can be done with existing techology.

I think the real problem is productivity and creating value in the economy takes a back seat to capital. We need investment in productivity and then we need people to make it happen. The focus on asylum seekers is pointless. Immigration is necessary.

Economic decisions are made due to the word salad that is the product of LLMs. LLMs definitely have a purpose in helping us to think, a machine not unlike a calculator for words, or a computer for conversation that lead us down alleys that make us think. Our thoughts are the product of LLMs.

I propose the search for AGI will be an endless project, a bit like the perpetual motion machine, but one that will attract a galaxy of funding and may produce promising mechanical turks instead of original ideas.

I wanted it to be honest and open, but it is so rapacious and convinced of itself that it feels like a cult. And now the world looks on with horrified amusement as it can not take it seriously.
