I literally have an ADHD diagnosis, so Sonic makes sense. Anxiety baffles me. I don't feel anxious during social gatherings or get panic attacks. I think my ADHD overrides that and also masks my autism. I feel like most people I met at LFM didn't even realise I was autistic.

Lord of the Rings is one of my favorite trilogies and I just had to make a tribute to Howard Shores interpretation of the Elves theme. Beautiful phrases woven together to create a sense of peace and tranquility.

Honestly right in the feels as an ADHD person. But it also okay to tell us to slow down, especially when we jump from one topic to another. We won't mind. We just get lost in the sauce sometimes.

My daily breakfast. Organic jumbo oats, whey protein isolate, oat milk, chia seeds, greek yoghurt all mixed and left overnight. Morning toppings are Bananas, Strawberries, Apples, Sultanas, Honey, Cinnamon. All essential amino acids, fat, protein, potassium and Vit C. What's your go to breakfast? 😊
