I grew up in a house where things could explode at any moment. Alcohol. Arguments. Manipulation. Suicidal threats. Emotional blackmail. I learned to live on edge. I didn’t feel safe. I still struggle to feel safe to this day. I am breaking the cycle. Do not be complacent, you deserve your own peace.

You matter more than you know, because the smallest act can outlive you. A gesture of kindness can save a life. A moment of vulnerability can inspire someone to change. You don’t always get to see the fruits, but they grow.

Self criticism as an artist is tough to get through. Remember art should be made as a way of self-expression and emotional fulfilment. Where one might see trash, another will see treasure. Dont be too harsh on yourself. Art is subjective and is always evolving. Go and create what your heart desires!
