Even then - people need to learn these things to do important jobs. If you're hiring a rocket scientist you want someone who took the damn class, not someone who asked an AI (even if the AI was right). If anything, this article is only successful at pointing out how simple business school is.

when chatgpt can do organic chemistry without hallucinating impossible chemical structures, solve thermodynamics equations by referencing steam tables accurately, and do second and third order integration to calculate fluid dynamics, /that/ is when higher education should start feeling threatened.

I'm pretty sure windows should let you deactivate all these features, or at worst, maybe there's a program or mod someone will make to do it. If not, I'm gonna be fuckin pissed. I've delayed the w11 update as long as possible

tldr; there's no direct and unquestionable evidence that he shocked his dog. A shock collar would be incredibly out of character for him and not even necessary to train her. It's very much in-character for his army of haters to brigade every internet community they can to try to tarnish his image.

He showed her collar on stream and demonstrated that it's a vibrating collar to train her with recall while she's roaming off leash. I really doubt that he uses a shock collar. It's worth noting that the destiny/H3 crowd regularly uses botting to artificially boost their anti-hasan posts.

He didn't show much of a reaction to her yelping, and he did show frustration that she was moving around - he says he was frustrated because his stream was having internet issues (which it was, to be fair), and he agreed that he should have shown more immediate concern for her.

the clip that sparked the controversy in question looks bad, but it's been blown completely out of proportion. Basically, his dog randomly yelped while moving around on her bed, and people are saying he pressed a button on his desk to shock her via her collar so that she would stay lying down in bed

upscaling, DLSS, and AI frame generation are all amazing technologies that /could/ make games prettier. The problem is that publishers don’t want that. They want games made cheaper and more often. So these features end up being a crutch for poor optimization resulting from low development time.
