It’s hard for me to explain why Noah Wyle winning for the Pitt feels so momentous but then I saw someone say this and it feels right.
It’s not just that he plays our job (well), it’s how much he stands up for us in every interview and every chance he gets. It feels like he gets it.

Things are going great. The police brought in a patient that we will be babysitting in this temperature for the next 8ish hours instead of following guidelines to go to a functioning hospital. So we cannot leave to go to the colder option since there is a patient that requires monitoring.

I cannot explain the rollercoaster of emotions in this ER during the Bears game today. We were all (docs, RN, techs, EMS) sulking then all started clapping and high-fiving and hugging when we won. It felt like an episode of ER.
