yes of course, add taa in there for extra measure, the ghosting will just guarantee the players dont miss anything

i saw an ad for some gambling thing that had a squid game cross-over which was so hilariously stupid because even if you miss the more overall social commentary of the show it is still pretty clear it is against gambling haha

realistically i dont see any way out of ue/unity in the near future considering your reqs. With godot I managed to figure it out
after a couple small projects, coming from both ue and unity experience, but i suppose it is all preference. i wish you luck in your search

what do you not like in godots workflow? theres not really many usable full-package (asset management, editor, etc) engines outside of those main three, but you could take a look at using an open source engine library like raylib and writing the rest specifically for your game
