It isn’t THAT the Dems embraced a socially progressive agenda. Their downfall was doing so to the exclusion of other important issues like the economy and foreign policy
the thesis here is that Democrats’ woke rhetoric from 2019/2020 did not prevent them from winning in 2020 but was somehow decisive four years later in 2024. this isn’t serious analysis
No, but Dems as a whole were successfully linked to seriously counterproductive political activism and thinking that Harris and Biden indulged since 2020
