They also had fewer ER visits, nights spent in a hospital, and jail stays.
The report estimates that this reduction in public service use SAVED the city $589k.

Well, I’ve deleted Twitter off my phone. Been a user for 15 years, have had some lovely interactions on there, and will sorely miss all my fandom moots, but it’s time. Can’t quite bring myself to delete the account but if it’s off my phone, I ain’t going there. End of an era.
