My sixth-grade theatre kid and I waited outside our middle school until 4:37 today for my eighth-grade academic competition kid to finish a practice. We may have cranked the Wicked soundtrack and (since we were parked) I may have okayed some defying of gravity through the sunroof.

For some reason I have sixteen of these. Sixteen. I mean, why?

At the end of a long errand run this afternoon, I came out of the grocery store to find a gorgeous sunset sky. It changed every second of a wonderfully long red light. And I realized while sitting there that I had the perfect song playing. #therightamountgoingonatthemoment
