Received my most recent purchase in the mail today. 2000 Fleer Greats of the Game George Kell. Hand signed on the card. Cool autographed card of a Hall of Fame Detroit Tigers player and broadcaster. When I was a kid, it was Kell and Al Kaline calling games on TV. Now that was a team! #CardSky

Following the lead of @jpesq.bsky.social and changing up my Tigers display. Changed out every card. New school players plus old school legends. And my pic of the church next to the CoPa ca. 2003. Gotta start getting some wins. This is my version of shaving the beard like Riley did a while back.

I can't remember when I got this 1964 Topps Bill Freehan card, but I've always loved it. Freehan was a hometown guy who was a legend in Detroit. Great defensive backstop who also hit 200 HRs. '68 World Series champion. Fun pic with teammates relaxing against the fence behind him. #CardSky #Tigers

This is an interesting card in my collection. I bought it about 15 years ago, I'd guess. Would this be considered a sketch card? It isn't drawn on this actual card itself. Somebody drew Al Kaline and inserted a penny into the card. Thought it was interesting. #CardSky #Kaline #Tigers #CustomCard

I really like this 1958 Topps All-Star Stan Musial card. It's my only card of Stan The Man. My dad grew up in East Alton, Illinois, just across the river from St. Louis, and he and his older brother would go see Musial play at Sportsman's Park. #CardSky #thehobby #cardinals #Topps

The #Tigers Sweet Lou Whitaker is one of my all-time favorite players. But I have no idea why I have 57 1984 Topps All-Set cards of him. Had to send away for these cards, I think. Guessing the guys at Hawaiian Brothers Baseball Cards gave them to me, but I don't remember. #CardSky #thehobby

I picked up this 2021 Topps Heritage Casey Mize and Tarik Skubal Rookie Stars card for 50 cents at a card show a couple months ago. Glad to have Mize back on the hill. He was really good in his last outing the other day. Hope my #Tigers keep rolling. #CardSky #Topps #thehobby #sportscards

Kirk Gibson is my all-time favorite athlete. When I was little, we had Michigan State football season tickets, and he was an All-America wide receiver. Used to pretend to be him. Then he played for my favorite baseball team. Don't know how many Gibby RCs I have. It's a lot. #CardSky #Tigers

I've been a Detroit Tigers fan my whole life (I'm 52). There's been so many great pitchers who've worn the Olde English D. Jack Morris is my all-time favorite pitcher. But I sure have enjoyed watching Tarik Skubal throw. So good. #CardSky #Tigers #thehobby #baseballcards

Just bought this '57 Topps Al Kaline. I'm trying to get all of his cards from his playing days. His '54 rookie card is my dream card. This one has a thumbtack hole on top and another one on the side. Picturing it on a kid's wall covered with his favorite players in the late 50s. #CardSky #Tigers

I bought this 1976 Topps Hank Aaron card about a year ago. Fascinated by this card. Wearing a Milwaukee uniform again. This man had seen so much in and out of the game when this photo was taken. Truly feel he's 1 of MLB's most underrated players, believe it or not. #CardSky #Brewers #Braves

I picked up this '74 Topps Juan Marichal at a card show about 4 years ago. It was my son's 1st show, as a matter of fact. Love Juan's high leg kick and the outfield stands at the Stick in the background. Always thought this card was a beauty. #CardSky #Giants #baseballcards #sportscards #hobby
