saw lots of hype around Shōgun and started watching it last night and (spoiler alert) they literally boil a man alive in the first episode 😱
overall the show is good & I’m enjoying it but my fucking god I was literally so sick to my stomach and I even closed my eyes/plugged my ears during the scene.
