I have heard that it is one of her worst. I plan to do these in order so it will be a while before I get to that one!

Agreed. The film within a film is a cute idea, but I found the picture really drags. Also I think this is a film that really suffers for better picture quality. Lansbury's makeup didn't seem too bad on VHS. Blu ray and now 4k are unforgiving!

Nice! I have not dug into Mosley's McGill series yet (though I have enjoyed the Easy Rawlins series). Pineiro has been on my TBR pile for a while - are you enjoying it so far?

The Felony and Mayhem reprints are lovely. I regret I didn't get all of my copies from that publisher...
