Good news, I got a pay bump. Bad news, that pay bump is just enough to push me into a higher tax bracket. Basically 2/3 of my extra money for 2025 goes to the government, which essentially is going straight to (F)ELON’s pocket. I hope he buys his kid some therapy.

As a Dexter superfan, how do I feel about Dexter: Original Sin? The casting is spot on, the intro is a nice throw back, and I enjoy getting all the details on the rest of the story. But my favorite thing? The sound track! Oh, and “Buffy” as Dexter’s mentor :)

Woke up and couldn’t figure out why in the groundhogs day it was still Wednesday and light out. Fell asleep at 1pm, woke up at 4:55pm. It might be time to switch to a 24-hour clock indefinitely.

Anyone else get so overwhelmed with the now that’s it’s just more fun to start planning the later? Don’t even think about how the later eventually becomes the now. That’s the mental loop I’m stuck in and there’s no room in here.
