I think so. I got it from my plot nextdoor neighbour. He's had 2 plots since '74. He's amazing; and he loves his soil. Calls it 'Titchmarsh soil'.

There's one they have on my allotment in Devon that says you must have your potatoes in the ground before the Devon County Show, otherwise it's too late.
