Not just flies. Although they have only two wings and a pair of stabilizers.

Sounds like a sweet kitty.

The web wasn't down over on the fediverse at all. I didn't even notice.

Both Nova and #picaTheCat have been asked by The Media to explain why they are so small and both evade ever addressing this important issue. Pica just put out a statement from her lawyers (as always) it said: “raw raw” (???) which explains NOTHING. And now this?

We must get to the bottom of this!

I am rather interested in ants. :)

never mind it's both. Though I still wonder if that's part of that income curve.

it's "college" sports... not just all sports (hence the higher income people following it more. )

I love these ants so much.

OK last comment I will stop bugging you. I'm just excited to see Megaponera, we don't have them here, though we do have "panther ants" which are similar.

I'm fascinated they are collecting a seed, I think of these ants as termite hunters, but I guess they get up to all kinds of things.

I wanted to share this over on the fedi, there are a lot of ant fans there but they can't see this post without logging in. Do you mind if re-share the photos there? I will of course credit them ... and if you have a website I'd be happy to link to that instead.

Just thought I'd ask.

I kind of do? I help run a mastodon/fediverse server. (this is my alt, I don't spend a lot of time here tbh)

But if you want to join our server let me know:
