this city should be ashamed, a wealthy homeowner became mayor and his top priority has been making sure poverty is invisible. ppl who arent there to move or stop the tow are the ones who work. but the city is bullying them for not being able to afford this absurd rental market.

in SF they could operate a couple public housing buildings at rates low enough to cover costs and turn a small overhead back into public funding, maybe pay for freaking muni?
