I never realized that flat feet could be so painful and debilitating. Didn't realize it could cause chronic plantar fasciitis, shin splints, Achilles tendinitis, etc. Didn't even know what most of that was. Didn't know I was at risk of getting flat feet. Didn't know it's not reversible. 🤷♀️ Sucks.
