Lately there isn't a day that I don't wake up anxious, feeling overwhelmed and already tired. It's like what dumpster fire full of crap is going to happen today.

having a chronic illness and chronic pain is not for the weak. Well, if we're being honest it's not for anyone but some of us are cursed with this and wake up in the AM unable to move because our joints are so inflamed that any movement feels like being hit with a bat over and over.

Pushed My body too hard. Granted kitchen is clean and I steam cleaned my fridge but I feel like my whole body has now been sent into convulsions and is on fire. Chronic illness sucks

I get that steroids make a person feel better, but the 36 pounds that 5 months of being on Prednisone I am not enjoying. It's made me feel worse.

When I was a kid I didn't realize the value of a three day weekend or naps. Now that I am older, I recognize that both are amazing and combining the two this weekend is going to bring me nothing but joy.
