Facilitators, forward-thinking, and fresh ideas!

We had a fantastic session bringing together our core team with some of our facilitator network – who make our projects and programmes happen.

We reflected on what's going well, what we might improve, and shared creative ideas to shape future work.

Our research lead Bethany went to Belgium's KU Leuven University to examine Dr Vissers’ PhD thesis, & also presented our ‘Thriving in Residential Care’ research.

It was interesting to hear how care provision differs between the UK & Belgium, and to explore what Thriving can mean for care practice.
