I've fully written a third book in this series using the same ruleset as Those Dark Places but changing the sci-fi setting to a 19th century tall ship one - 'A Dark Star To Steer By' is about clippers in the 1860s onwards in the same horrific situations, is 27k words long and just needs a publisher.

The spinoff game set in the same city and at the same time was an investigative (kind of) based game. Lots of the same players from the other game.

It was set in Albany, NY (where I lived/had lived) and vaguely used some real world stuff. None of the players were from the area, the joy of IRC. It started with 4 or 5 PCs that were students at SUNY Albany. By the end I'm not even sure any of the characters were college students any more.
