I have been thinking about trying to lean into religion to help guide me a bit as nothing else has worked. However, I got this youversion bible app and the image shows one of the first things I read. It just didn’t sit right with me.

It’s hard realising as a disorganised attachment person that no matter how much I long for a relationship I cannot have one unless I go to therapy or miraculously heal. To avoid our fear of neglect or rejection we neglect and reject others and hurt them like we were hurt previously. I hate it.
