The glow is more intense in the photo than IRL, because a) I charged it with a UV flashlight and b) auto exposure settings. But it’s still damn cool!

Gosh, it’s been a while since I shared some of my #art.

…And I’m too self-conscious about having “artist” in my profile and my media tab getting lean on art. (No shade or judgement for anyone else—don’t let my insecurities become yours!)

So here’s an old-ish acrylic painting.

Recapitulation

I have a small collection of bismuth hopper crystals. They may be artificial (high-purity elemental bismuth isn’t found naturally in the Earth’s crust), but they’re my favorite regardless.
