i have been trying to phrase this to people and i couldn't find the words. this is exactly it. someone who is happy all of the time around me is much more terrifying than showing me who they are when they're upset.

absolutely. it starts from day 1. the scandals in elementary reading methods are insane! i read about this for the first time a years ago.

i think this is true as well. education is losing its value. it's hard to subscribe to a system that is crumbling in front of you, all for the mere promise of a few more dollars an hour. it is far from passion or care.
