I got new glasses and I cut short bangs.

Tonight I made migas! It was excellent, will definitely make again. I did something similar to this recipe.

Get yourself a tiny cat to hide in random places because it's always a delight to rediscover them.

Yesterday I made pozole rojo so I'm eating it for breakfast with a cheese quesadilla. Last week I made birria for quesadillas y burritos and it was also quite good. I think next week I might try making migas for the first time!

Anyone got a traditional Mexican or Spanish recipe they want to share?
