This is SO relatable!! 🤝😭 I’ve been examining my own feelings around this lately and have found that I don’t enjoy big group “battle sequence” RP much at alllll … and I’m the same way with movies and shows— as soon as they start a Big Battle Scene I’m instantly zoning out…. I wish I understood why!

Having a smartphone with socmed in my pocket has really replaced that experience in the day to day, but it does not replicate the feeling. Presenting this observation without any particular conclusions, other than: I should maybe look for ways to replicate that feeling more often in my day to day

—- the me that used to flip through magazines JUST to look at the polished illustrations, and used to have a sketchbook handy ALL the time for whenever inspiration struck, and used to sit down on the floor at the bookstore to go through all the art books on their shelves…. and it got me thinking…
