The fact that the rail/port strikes were ended by the gov is just incentivising these businesses to put off bargaining. It's setting a precedent.

Their contract is already a year overdue, to be clear, and CP has been acting childish since the beginning of the strike, doing press releases constantly about how the union is kicking puppies and ruining everything for everyone. It's fucking bizarre.
