Are you overwhelmed with the long list of boycotts going on right now? What I'm doing is making a list of the things I need and what I want and for each thing I ask myself, "is there a better way to get that?" Or "Could there be a different product that serves the same purpose?".

I think my neurodivergence makes it difficult for me to rationalize the passing of time. My friends and I are soon going to be those neighbors that always have their garage doors open and will ask if you want a beer and a hot dog.

The first step to meditation is realizing that it is hard. You are supposed to notice your thoughts and watch your attention stray over and over again. This doesn't mean you are failing, it actually means you are making progress.
