A Baltimore cop used their cruiser to chase someone through a field and into traffic. This is insane. Watch the video, then ask the State’s Attorney what’s being done.

An email to the Maryland States Attorney which reads: Good afternoon Mr. Bates, I am a resident of Baltimore City. Today, I saw a video showing a Baltimore Police Department officer questioning an individual off Wylie Avenue. When the person walked away, the officer entered a marked BPD cruiser, license plate 3321, and appeared to repeatedly attempt to strike the individual with the vehicle. The officer chased the person through a grassy field, back onto a street, and into oncoming traffic. This behavior is deeply troubling and seems to warrant immediate review. I am sharing this because I believe it represents a serious breach of public trust and officer conduct. My son turned one today. We marked it with his favorite things: apple picking, watching chickens, and napping. It’s also a nod to the cosmic wonders and horrors of maternity, which my wife endures with grace. For her, I made a rare filet, potatoes, broccoli, and apple crisp with Taharka ice cream.
