This might seem too simple but can we just not add two more toilet facilities to woman/men/disabled?
Woman/Men/Disabled/Trans Woman/Trans Men
Woman feels safe. Trans women feel safe/trans men feel safe/disabled women, men, trans women, trans men feel safe.
