#Publication | #Antarctica ’s long-term sea-level impact 🌊

👉Even low emissions could lock in meters of #SeaLevelRise from Antarctica, while high emissions could trigger up to +40m over millennia

Early career researchers on EU climate/geosciences research projects, @esm2025.bsky.social wants to hear from you.

Complete this survey on the gaps between your needs and what EU projects offer: https://tinyurl.com/yc5a228e

Answers will inform a white paper aimed at improving offerings for ECRs
Mapping Initiatives targeting ECRs in EU Research Projects
The purpose of this survey is to gather insights into the types of activities that have been implemented or are planned, the challenges encountered, and the impact these initiatives have had. Your responses will help us better understand what works, and what doesn’t, and how we can improve ECR-focused activities in future projects. The results will feed into an OptimESM white paper, which aims to address the gap between ECR needs and expectations, and what EU projects currently offer. This survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Your input is invaluable, and we appreciate your time and expertise in shaping the future of ECR support.
