With the features in Azure AI Foundry, and the release of the Microsoft Agent Framework, a guide for startup founders that pulls everything together would be valuable.

Below, I’ve drafted a sample TOC... I’d love your feedback. 😍

P.S. Credit to Google’s Startup Technical Guide for influence.

I just discovered that VMware Worstation Pro is now a free software! @vmware.bsky.social

... and is working great on top of
@microsoft.com Hyper-V on Windows 11 Pro.

Now you can have WSL2, Hyper-V and VMware all at the same time.

When WSL2 isn’t sufficient, you can take advantage of full Hyper-V (available on Windows 11 Pro) to run custom virtual machines.

While Hyper-V may not offer all the refinements of VMware, it remains a robust and reliable solution for Windows.

WSL Part III:

This video shows you how easy it is to install XFCE and XRDP, and transform your text‑only WSL installation into a full graphical Linux workstation.

WSL Part II:

Did you know you can run a full Linux desktop environment under WSL—and access it from your Windows machine using Remote Desktop?

Happy 4th of July! To celebrate, I vibe-coded a quick little game where you blast flying burgers and hotdogs 🍔🌭. It's lighthearted, festive, and a fun way to pass the time before the fireworks.

Play it here (optimized for laptops)

Will you blast your way to BBQ glory?

I wrote a book—not a big deal, just an illustrated JavaScript coding course for the whole family.

The book has caught the attention of a publisher, but I’m not sure if I’ll go down that road just yet...

➡️ For now, enjoy the self-published edition:

In 2001, I wrote two articles on Internet Explorer that made it into print magazines. See my video.

Say what you will, but back then, IE really did push the web forward.

If you've figured out how to exit Vim, here's your next challenge: run a code assistant in the terminal.

P.S. By the way - they run great under WSL. Question is why run a code assistant in terminal unless you're debugging a legacy code base in production on a Win 2000 VM?

There are multiple options available, but I suggest checking out these two:

When your product starts to gain traction, everyone has a request: Sales, CS, enterprise clients. But if you build by demand alone, you’ll lose clarity, and ultimately, product identity.

See how product leaders can lead the roadmap and not just follow the noise. 👇

Over the years, I’ve built a habit: If you're going to raise a problem, bring a potential solution with it ... even a rough one. It shifts the conversation from frustration to momentum. And over time, it changes culture. See details in the article below 👇.

Four people need to cross a tunnel, but they only have one flashlight. At most, two people can pass through the tunnel at a time.

The times it takes each person to cross the tunnel are 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, 10 min.

What is the minimum total time required for all people to cross the tunnel?
