- Showing how significant the variation in services can be & how that stops scale or even what can be considered to be a useful AI tool.
- Taking these findings we make recommendations on how the new NHS structures (like Regions and ICSs) can support scale and spread of AI.

Ah! Sorry my misunderstanding!

I’d argue yes they do contribute to growth and necessary job/skill base in medium & longer term. But lots of dependencies to this too.

I suspect in the long term we will need more data centres. The generation and use of data is going to continue to grow (genomics alone could be a massive data storage need). If they get cheaper and more efficient that’s a good thing.

- London is "the third largest city in the world for starting AI companies" and the UK is "the third biggest player in AI globally, behind China and the USA"

So the latest U.K. Gov AI sector report is an interesting read to see how AI entrepreneurship & companies are developing.

- Healthcare is large proportion of AI activity (eg Life Sciences & Healthcare directly)
- Location wise London, South East & East of England account for 75% of office locations

Yes it’s a saddening and depressing race to the worse behaviours and values. Absolutely agree alternatives that are positive & constructive vision of the future where we are all proud of the morals and ethics displayed.
