This is a fair question and there's actually a simple answer. The VA is chronically understaffed and underfunded and despite having systems like this they don't have enough doctors and nurses because of the volume 20 years of war created. The solution is to increase funding

A war with Mexico would require over 500k (likely a million) troops, kill thousands of people for no benefit, create a mass refugee crisis, crash the north American economy and do absolutely nothing to decrease the supply of or demand for drugs in the US, so naturally it's the GOP's policy position.

Would it shock any of you to learn that this is a lie? Putin's grandfather he's referring to Spiridon Putin, was a high-end chef and NKVD informant who worked for Vladimir Lenin as a personal chef and never was involved with combat, his grandmother also didn't die violently.

Finished the weird shelves which used to be a weird 70s mirror, and installed the counter tops, still a little unhappy with the cupboards, but considering my labor and the lumber are free, I doubt the clients will much mind. Island next.
